Margaret “Margy” Porter founded and leads an organizational development and business advisory practice guiding corporate and non-profit clients. She works with organizational leaders to create optimum performance goals and facilitates positive organizational change and improvement. She provides a wide range of programs, services and expertise.

Margy meets individually with clients to evaluate their specific organizational and training/development needs. She follows through with the design, customization and delivery of a complete program of organizational support and development with emphasis on effective culture change and human resource utilization. She guides management teams in long-range strategic planning and immediate action for improved operating and financial results.
